"La nouvelle main" is a sketch of the future full of uncertainties, but with the certainty of four young hopefuls with their desires to make and fabricate their time. Like those words flying across a blackboard, La nouvelle main is the stammering of four young Malagasy.
Are they artists or not?
Will they become artists?
Such are the questions posed! That's the plot!
It's not a question of becoming an artist, but rather of revealing their commitment to creation, their desire to project themselves into the forms of today and tomorrow in the carefree spirit of youth.

This exhibition reveals to the public four young artists, emerging figures of the new Malagasy contemporary scene, through monumental and unpublished works produced especially for the exhibition.
